In case you haven't heard, a friend of mine, Los Angeles based comedy-magician Matt Marcy, is debuting a brand new theatrical magic show next month. Here's the info from the show website:

Based on a true story, Disillusioned is a new theatrical magic show that follows comedy-magician Matt Marcy as he struggles to find respect in an artform that doesn't get any. Blending comedy, magic, storytelling, multimedia and audience interaction, this one-of-a-kind theatrical piece weaves its varied elements seamlessly into a hilarious yet poignant narrative...or so the author claims.

Matt is a great performer and this should be a really interesting show. If you'll be in the L.A. area Oct 16-19 and want to check it out, you can get more info and tickets on the website: www.disillusionedshow.com
